About Adatto

Adatto is originally a Belgian brand. Since September 2018, Neo Cocoon-Adatto has been continued by the Bijnen Meubelgroep from the Netherlands. Thanks to its own design department and a modern equipped furniture workshop, beautiful, timeless furniture of high quality is manufactured at an affordable price.

The team at Adatto resolutely chooses to make durable furniture, which is entirely manufactured by its own craftsmen. This involves the use of authentic materials that are processed into personalised designer furniture with a love of craftsmanship.

Adatto's collection is very extensive and is supplemented every year with new elements that reflect the latest trends in living. That way, Adatto furniture allows you to personalise any interior.

Genuine lacquer and high-quality veneer

High-quality MDF panels are processed into lacquered panels by our own craftsmen. By additionally manually polishing these lacquered panels, they can be further processed into high-gloss panels. The latter process is very labour-intensive, but ensures that your furniture gets extra shine and cachet. MDF is always chosen as a carrier because, thanks to its high density, it allows for a superior surface finish and a fine finish of mitres and (handle) accents.

Manufactured in our own workshop

Adatto furniture is manufactured entirely in our own workshop, using a healthy mix of modern machinery and pure craftsmanship. Finishing the panels in wood veneer and (high-gloss) lacquer requires a lot of handwork to achieve a beautiful end result. Numerous operations such as making mitre joints, adjusting fittings, finishing the furniture are ensured by the skilled hand of a furniture maker. High-quality furniture fittings as well as silent drawer slides and soft-closing hinges are used to assemble the furniture. The cabinets are fitted with a thick back wall and a sturdy plinth which guarantees a solid construction.

Personal living environment

The oak can be finished in 12 colours. For the matt lacquer, high-gloss lacquer and lacquered glass (shiny or satinato), you can choose from a range of 25 trend colours. For an additional charge, your lacquered furniture can also be finished in any RAL or NCS colour, so that the Adatto furniture matches your interior perfectly.

A+ quality European oak wood is used. Both the inside and outside of the furniture are finished in oak veneer, giving it a uniform and high-quality finish.

Tips for choosing furniture

  • If you want an interior where the furniture remains rather discreet, you can opt for hanging cupboards. After all, these are less bulky and lighter in their lines.
  • If you regularly receive friends or acquaintances at your home for dinner, when buying a new dining table, definitely consider getting one that is easily extendable. After all, a table where the extension leaves are integrated into the table is very convenient.
  • If you are looking for a unique interior, combine furniture elements from our collection to your heart's content.
  • If you are considering buying a TV cabinet, keep in mind that a flap is handy for storing appliances.
Choose your options

Tips for sizing

  • Lay out newsprint in the space you want to (re)decorate so you have a better idea of the volumes.
  • If you want to know how long your table needs to be to sit comfortably with a certain number of people around it, count on a width of 55 to 60 cm per person (distance to be measured between 2 legs). To gain extra space, you can choose a table with a central foot.

Tips for finding the right colour

  • If you are looking for a warm accent in your interior, an oak furniture is a good choice. A lacquered furniture, on the other hand, has a sleeker look.
  • A combination of oak furniture on the one hand and lacquered furniture on the other can certainly also be a successful option. For example, the body of a cabinet in oak with the doors in lacquer.
  • Lacquered glass as the top plate offers extra protection and allows for more intensive use. you can choose between a shiny glass plate or a satinato glass plate. The latter combines a trendy matt look with a soft-touch feel.
  • If you choose a lacquered furniture, be aware that the darker the colour you choose, the more delicate its maintenance will be. A light sand-coloured lacquered furniture is a lot easier to maintain than a black lacquered furniture. After all, you will see dust much more quickly on a dark furniture than on a light one.
  • Although soft shades are usually chosen, you can certainly also choose to add an accent to your furniture by choosing one of our accent colours.
