A chest of drawers is one of those pieces of furniture you don't want to do without. Handy for storing things, perfect to put a lamp or some decoration on, and it gives your interior that little bit extra. Whether you are looking for a chest of drawers for the living room, hallway, bedroom or nursery - at Bijnen you will find models that are both functional and beautiful.
A chest of drawers is one of those pieces of furniture that you only really see its value once you have one in your home. Whether you need extra storage space in the bedroom, a practical cupboard for the hall or a stylish solution for the baby's room-a good chest of drawers is both functional and attractive. At Bijnen you will find an extensive range of chests of drawers in different styles, sizes and materials, so you will always find a model that suits your space and taste.
What makes a chest of drawers so popular is its versatility. You can easily store all kinds of things: from clothes and linen to care products, administration or toys. Practical drawers or doors keep your space neat and tidy. Moreover, the top of a chest of drawers provides the perfect place for a beautiful vase, a mirror or - in the case of a baby's room - a changing mat.
Although the terms are often used interchangeably, a chest of drawers is usually a bit higher than a chest of drawers. This also makes the furniture ideal for use as a work surface or dressing area. At Bijnen, we have models to suit a variety of living spaces: from tall narrow chests for smaller rooms to wide, generous variants for extra storage space.
At Bijnen, you have plenty of choice. Do you like sleek and modern? Or warm wood and a country feel? Or are you looking for an industrial-looking chest of drawers with metal accents? Our collection includes:
Modern chests with minimalist design and clean lines
Country chests in white wood or warm wood tones
Industrial chests with robust metal details
Vintage or classic chests with ornate handles or patina finish
Sure! Many of our chests can function perfectly well as a sideboard in the living room, as a cupboard in the hall, or even as a TV cabinet. Thanks to their versatile designs, you can easily use a chest of drawers for multiple purposes. Take a look at the height, the number of drawers or doors and the style, and decide for yourself where the furniture will look best.
You are welcome to visit one of our dealers. You can easily find a point of sale near you via the Bijnen website. There you can not only see the chests, but also feel them, try out the drawers and get advice on what best suits your interior design wishes.
